- Personal Training:
Swim/Bike/Run
(1 on 1 for 1 hour)
RW Training athletes- $30/hr
Wellington triathlon club member- $35/hr
Others- $45/hr
Weight training- $75/hr - RW Training evaluation (one hour and 30 min) RW Training members $80 Others $100
- Evaluation includes: basic notions of swim; bike, and bike fit, running efficiency, shoes, transitions, nutrition during exercise, how to use your Garmin, swim videos add $10
- Swimming/ biking videos (on the trainer)/running videos add $20 to the personal training hour
