Athletes are always looking for optimizing their performance, and I was no different, but because I came from a overweight/smoker background I really had to dig deep. I needed to empower myself, therefore I needed to break some cycles in my life.

So, I created a method to break the cycle and optimize my life, and get real results. 

This method is called C.O.R.E method. As an athlete I always said strength comes from your core and core also means the foundation, the center. That is why the C.O.R.E method works, because we go into the core of the issue.

Optimizing is all about the mindset, and we must feed the brain, therefore we start optimizing with nutrition.

How it Works

Step 1: Nutrition 
First thing is to make sure your body is nourish and running with the proper fuel. That can reduce up to 40% of your stress. 

Step 2: Stress management 
Stress management can very from person to person, but this is when we add movement, meditation, and other tools to help your stress levels.

Step 3: Mindset
Here we explore and face our fears and limitation and start shaping a new mindset. A mindset that will empower yourself, so you can face your life challenges with a positive attitude (no matter how hard they are).

Step 4: Purpose
Finding your purpose in life is much easier when we are well nourish, calmer and with the proper mindset.
